Garick Appoints Tyson M. Shelley as World Class Customer Service Director

(CLEVELAND, OH) Garick, a nationwide distributor and processor of sustainable natural resource products, is proud to announce the appointment of Tyson M. Shelley as World Class Customer Service Director. Shelley joined the Garick team this August and will focus on directing and building Garick’s customer interaction team nationwide, allowing Garick to tailor service levels to meet and exceed customers’ expectations from an execution and partnership standpoint.

Employed with Best Buy Co., Inc since 1997, Shelley brings expertise in the areas of customer service, performance management, and employee strategies. His latest position at Best Buy was Store Services Manager in which he drove profitable sales results, provided impeccable customer service, and created an exciting and challenging work environment for over 150 store employees. Prior positions at Best Buy include General Manager, Regional Human Resources Manager, and District Human Resources Manager.

Over the years, Shelley has developed much knowledge in training and developing world class employees, creating innovative customer solutions that increase organizational effectiveness, and implementing performance management systems. He graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Vocational Education and with a MBA degree, with a focus on Management, from Oklahoma City University.
